At Zee Designs, we are committed to creating products of exceptional quality and craftsmanship. To ensure your pieces remain beautiful for years to come, please review the following care, warranty, return, and exchange guidelines.

Product Care

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your Zee Designs pieces, we recommend the following care guidelines:

·         Clean using a soft microfiber cloth.

·         Use a mild soap solution when necessary.

·         Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough sponges, alcohol-based products, and harsh chemicals.

·         Keep products away from excessive heat, direct flames, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

·         Handle products with care to prevent scratches, cracks, or impact damage.

·         Store products in a clean, dry environment when not in use.

Following these care recommendations will help maintain the appearance and quality of your product over time.

Warranty

Zee Designs offers a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon inspection, the product will be repaired or replaced at Zee Designs' discretion at no additional cost to the customer.

The warranty does not cover:

·         Normal wear and tear.

·         Scratches, cracks, chips, or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, or improper cleaning.

·         Damage caused by excessive heat, chemicals, environmental conditions, or improper storage.

·         Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by a third party.

Please note that products covered under warranty are eligible for repair or replacement only and are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns

Customers wishing to return a product must contact our Customer Care team on the day of delivery.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

·         Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

·         The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

·         The product must be securely packaged in the same manner in which it was received to prevent damage during transit.

·         Customers are required to send us photos for the product before and after packaging before the courier collects the return shipment.

·         Once the returned item has been received and inspected by Zee Designs, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Zee Designs reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is returned damaged, used, improperly packaged, or not in its original condition.

Exchanges

Customers wishing to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model must contact our Customer Care team on the day of delivery or no later than the following day.

Exchanges are subject to:

·         Product availability.

·         The item being unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Products reported as damaged upon delivery must also be reported on the day of delivery or no later than the following day, together with clear photographs of the damage, to allow us to assess and process the exchange.

Please note that shipping fees associated with exchanges may apply and will be communicated prior to processing the exchange.

Warranty & Repair Requests

To submit a warranty claim or request a repair assessment, please contact our customer service team within a reasonable period after discovering the issue and provide:

• Order number or proof of purchase.

• Clear photographs of the item.

• A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the request and advise on the available options and next steps.
